Muhammad Azfar Ahsan, 34, is a Change Activist, Political Analyst and Entrepreneur.

As a CEO of Nutshell Forum; international conference management and training resource organization, he had organized more than three hundred national and international conferences, seminars, training workshops and group discussions in different parts of Middle East, South Asia and Asia Pacific.

Azfar is an active Rotarian. Azfar is the Charter President of Rotary Club of Karachi Green City, the first Breakfast Rotary Club of Rotary International District 3271. Currently he is working as Chairman of RYLA - Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (2010-11), Co-Chairman of Diplomats Coordination Committee (2010-11) and Chairman of Foreign Relations Committee (2011-12) of Rotary International District 3271.

He is the President of Regional Center for Research and DIALOGUE (RCRD), a private sector think tank aimed to promote the social, economic and political rebuilding of South Asian countries. He is one of the founding members of Pakistan US Alumni Network and currently working as Secretary General PUAN Sindh Chapter. He is affiliated with several professional organizations. Keeping in view his services for human resource management he also appointed as the Member Advisory Council of World HRD Congress, India.
